Partial Closure Order granted to tackle anti-social behaviour in Hirst's Yard

Leeds City Council’s Safer Leeds Anti-Social Behaviour Team have secured a Partial Closure Order following serious incidents of anti-social behaviour and associated criminality in Hirst's Yard. This area sits behind Duncan Street, Call Lane and Briggate.
