A third innovative pothole repair system is being trialled as part of Leeds City Council’s investment to improve the speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness of pothole repairs across the city.

Smoking and vaping are set to be sidelined at local sports clubs across Leeds thanks to a partnership between Leeds City Council, Leeds Rhinos Foundation and Leeds United Foundation.

A unique team building day became the perfect way for colleagues to bond and give back to the community, as Leeds City Council now offers green team away days in the city’s stunning parks.

Plans for new measures to make some of the busiest areas of Leeds city centre safer for pedestrians and shoppers will move to the next stage following overwhelming public support.

Consultation on the Briggate Action Plan asked the public for their views on proposals aimed at tackling a number of concerns they had raised, including the estimated 1,100 bikes travelling up and down Briggate each day.
