Chris Cole Apprenticeship Award: 34-year-old Chris Cole started his horticulture apprenticeship in 2023 after a desire to change career paths and become a professional gardener. He has now won Apprentice of the Year at the North Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards in the public service category.
