Martin Clunes cuts ribbon on East Leeds Orbital Route equestrian route

Councillor Helen Hayden, Executive Member for Infrastructure and Climate and the West Yorkshire Mayor, Tracy Brabin hold ribbon that the President of The British Horse Society, Martin Clunes has cut to commemorate award for "gold standard" equestrian infrastructure on the East Leeds Orbital Route. Behind are members of the West Yorkshire Police, mounted unit.
