The Rugby League World Cup Nations Trail is coming to Leeds!

The Rugby League World Cup is fast approaching and Leeds is set to stage 8 matches. To celebrate the teams the city is hosting, we will be holding a competition.

Fans will have the chance to explore Leeds city centre and collect stamps for Brazil, Canada, England, Ireland, Jamaica, and Papua New Guinea to add to their Nations Trail Passport. Sharing a photo of a fully stamped Passport on Twitter or Instagram with @visitleeds using #RLWC2021NationsTrail will give you a chance to win tickets for the Leeds matches.

The Trail displays showcasing the teams will be in Leeds till July 10 and they will move each week so there will be plenty of opportunities to discover different parts of the city. To give everyone a head start we will be announcing the locations of the first week’s boards later today on our social media so keep an eye out throughout the day…

Councillor James Lewis, Leader of Leeds City Council said:

“We are extremely proud to be one of the host cities for the Rugby League World Cup. Moreover, the weekly updated Nations Trail will be a long-awaited breath of fresh air and will give people a chance to safely re-discover the city before the kick-off of the tournament in October.”
