Temple Works: Leeds City Council planning position statement

Leeds City Council has prepared a planning position statement in response to the listing for sale through public auction of the privately owned Grade I listed Temple Works.

The council, as the local planning authority, has published the position statement to address questions about planning matters relating to Temple Works. The council has done this in the interests of consistency and transparency, to ensure all parties who may wish to participate in the auction have access to the same information in relation to planning matters associated with Temple Works.
