Statement from Leader of Leeds City Council Cllr Judith Blake regarding Leeds Rhinos victory in Grand Final

The Leader of Leeds City Council Councillor Judith Blake has congratulated Leeds Rhinos on their victory against Castleford Tigers in the rugby league Grand Final tonight.

Councillor Blake said:
