Statement following terrorist attacks in Turkey

Following the events in Turkey earlier this week, Councillor Judith Blake, leader of Leeds City Council, said:

“The events that took place on Tuesday at Istanbul Atatürk airport are shocking and tragic. I send our deepest condolences and sympathies to the victims and their families at this truly awful time.”
