Statement following events in Paris

Following the tragic events in Paris yesterday evening, Councillor Judith Blake, leader of Leeds City Council, said:

“The events yesterday evening in Paris are shocking and tragic and on behalf of the people of Leeds I offer our sincere condolences to all those affected by these terrible attacks. We send our sympathy and solidarity to the people of Paris and France.”
