Private landlords invited to have their say on housing in Holbeck

Private
landlords who manage houses in the Holbeck area are being invited to the area’s
first landlords forum to find out how they can work together to improve their

Councillor Peter Gruen, executive member
for neighbourhoods planning and personnel, who will be attending the forum

landlords make to housing provision in Leeds and help with our ambition to make
Leeds the best city in the country.
This
forum will give a voice to landlords in Holbeck.

“By attending the forum landlords can have their say
in how we can work together to; improve the area; protect and add value to their
investments and make Holbeck an even better place to live in.”

City Council and partner agencies will also be attending, including housing
associations, West Yorkshire Police, WY Fire and Rescue Service and landlord
