List of general election candidates for Leeds constituencies released

The list of candidates standing in Leeds parliamentary constituencies in the general election on Thursday 12 December has been announced.

The list can be seen at https://www.leeds.gov.uk/your-council/elections/parliamentary-general-election​ of all candidates standing for the following parliamentary seats: Elmet and Rothwell; Leeds Central; Leeds East; Leeds North East; Leeds North West; Leeds West; Morley and Outwood; Pudsey.

The webpage also includes information about the general election and guidance on how to register to vote, with the registration deadline being midnight on Tuesday 26 November.
