Don’t miss out on new Bodyline membership packages at council leisure centres

A selection of new monthly gym and fitness packages are now available at Leeds City Council leisure centres.

Members of the public can now purchase a brand new gym-only, swim-only and fitness-only Bodyline membership from only £24.95 per month. Also discounted is the Premier Membership packages, which offers full access to all facilities at council leisure centres including gym, swim, fitness classes and squash courts. This can now be purchased for £31.95 per month (£4.95 discount from the previous cost), if acquired on a 12-month basis.

Those who love playing squash will also have the opportunity to buy a tailored package at £24.95 per month. Tennis fans will also not miss out on the fun as they too will be able to acquire a ‘bolt-on’ offer to their existing gym and fitness memberships for an extra £10 month (on a 12-month contract), offering access to all council tennis facilities at leisure centres across the city.

Councillor James Lewis, Leeds City Council’s executive member with responsibility for sport, said:

“Despite continuing pressures on the council’s budget, we remain absolutely committed to ensuring that people of all ages can access the wide range of facilities and services on offer at our leisure centres. We have an ambition as a council to help people enjoy happy, healthy and active lives and this is reflected by the introduction of new individual gym-only, swim-only and fitness-only membership and a significant reduction of cost in our Premier package. At all levels our pricing structure continues to be extremely competitive compared to the private sector.

“Our membership and fitness packages are an important source of budgetary income for the service and by taking these steps, we hope more people will be encouraged to sign up and discover the high-class facilities that we have to offer at council leisure centres across the city.”
